WIll not RS without fob in car with a few other issues

EVO ALL THAR-NIS1 with RF kit FTX64-2W installed in a 2015 Nissan Juke PTS. Easy install but had a heack of a time with the flashlink. Repeatedly told me that the device was disconnected when I would select save. Updated to the latest verion and went with the bare minimum selections only selecting what was shown in the manual.. D1 C1 H2. I know that theres more to be selected but seemed that when I would select what made sense.. it didn't like it and would disconnect when saved. So as of right now it is loaded with those basic commands. The module programming itself went smooth and ended with the slow blue pulse.. went through steps twice. So with basic commands loaded I placed it back into the car and introduced the RF transmitters and moved on to the final steps... testing. I found that the car will not remote start with the oem fob or the RF fob unless the oem fob is in the car. Also, the rf fobs will not remote lock/unlock but does flash the lights.. can't remember if oem fob was in car or not? I did connect the lock/unlock wiring which was somewhat confusing by the diaagram.. it specifies in the instructions that 12 is blue and red is 13 but if you look at the pictures you have listed, its not that at all. In the pic online it actually appears to be Red on pin 34 and blue on pin 35. I went by the picture.. Lastly, it was time to call it a day and button the car up and reschedule and I noticed that the parking lights were on. I can't recall but I believe it was while the car was locked but not 100% certain. The only way to get the lights to go away was by unplugging the module.. We're going to have another shot at this later today and any help is greatly appreciated.
